First impressions are very important. There are tips that won't cost a lot but can make a huge difference on the appearance of your home.
- Clean up the outside - tidy the yard, wash or paint the exterior, clean the windows and walk ways
- Touch up the interior - wash or paint the walls, clean the floors and
- Remove clutter
- Replace bathroom and kitchen fixtures that are worn or leaking
- Replace brightly coloured curtains and wall colours with neutral tones
- Fix all obvious faults
